NSA LogoThe National Stuttering Association (NSA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing hope and empowerment to children and adults who stutter, their families, and professionals, through support, education, advocacy, and research.

ISA logoFounded in 1995, the International Stuttering Association (ISA) is a not-for-profit, international umbrella association made up primarily of national self-help associations for people who stutter. This association seeks to provide a means whereby the voices of people who stutter can be heard at the international level.

The mission of the American Institute for Stuttering is to provide universally affordable, state-of-the-art stuttering therapy to people of all ages who stutter and support to their families. AIS also provides specialized clinical training to speech-language professionals and students interested in acquiring expertise in stuttering treatment. Our mission extends to advancing public and scholarly understanding of this often misunderstood disorder.

The Stuttering Foundation provides free online resources, services and support to those who stutter and their families, as well as support for research into the causes of stuttering. As the first and the largest nonprofit charitable organization in the world working toward the prevention and improved treatment of stuttering, we reach more than a million people annually. We also offer extensive training programs on stuttering for professionals. We hope that we may be of service to you.
